I appear to have lost my train of thought for the 365+1 challenge:0( but it's still going strong over at Suzie's blog...I am kicking myself as I was doing so well up to day 36 and then I just went wrong somewhere...I may try and join in a when I have a little more free time...

These are my wheelie bins...we had to fill out an application form and be interviewed by a member of the council to get a second one as we are a large family(6)....as you can see one of the bins has a purple lid....this is to indicate to the binmen that it is an 'authorised' second bin...we used to have two with black lids and then they changed the whole bin out to the one with the purple lid...what a waste of money!!!

These are my new kitchen scales that I bought in Marks and Spencer at Christmas time with the money I got from taking a Christmas present back...it was a lovely cardigan from my sis-in-law but unfortunately it was too big and they didn't have any others so I swapped for a nice new set of red weighing scales as my old ones were weighing wrong...I love these ones and since I have been doing so much baking these last few months they have come in really handy...They also have a much bigger weighing bowl than the last ones...

I changed the photo to black and white then rubbed the red back in...xx

A bag of marshmallows that Morgan, Ellie and I used to make Rocky Road this morning...we didn't read the instructions to the letter and should have let the chocolate mixture cool for 10 minutes with the result that the marshmallows melted a bit and the chocolate melted off the Maltesers...still tastes good though:0))
